Anchor worked closely with the client to develop a program that included an addition to this historic Cape May home. The goal was a more livable and usable interior plan. We worked with the local Historic Commission, and within local and state requirements for shore design. This client/architect team achieved the long-term goals the owners had for their investment and property.
